THE FINEST ARABICA COFFEE FROM VIETNAM

About Us

Our Story

Every sip of our coffee tells a story of passion, dedication, and the beautiful blend of cultures. Founded by Gregory and Crystal Ducat, an interracial couple hailing from Belgium and Vietnam, Amazia Caphe is more than just a brand—it's a journey of love for coffee and a mission to redefine Vietnamese coffee quality in every cup.

Struggling to find a good, authentic cup of coffee in the saturated market, Gregory and Crystal's curiosity led them on a journey to learn how coffee is grown, what makes each bean unique, and how to distinguish good quality coffee from the rest.

Motivated by their discoveries, they brought homegrown Arabica coffee beans to life, determined to introduce the world to the exceptional flavors of Son La, Vietnam.

Our vision

Our vision is to establish Amazia Caphe as a globally recognized symbol of premium Vietnamese coffee, celebrated for its exceptional quality, authentic flavors, and ability to spark meaningful conversations.

Our mission

Amazia Caphe is dedicated to transforming coffee into an experience of authenticity and connection. By combining expert craftsmanship, sustainable practices, and a passion for Vietnam’s coffee heritage, we create a brand that resonates with those who value quality and meaningful moments. Every cup tells a story, sparking conversations that bring people closer together.

Our farm & factory

Our coffee farm & factory are nestled in the high mountainous province of Son La, Northern Vietnam, where a vast mountain system stretches and surrounds basins and plateaus. Located at 600-1200m above sea level, this region boasts a complex topographical architecture, with climate and soil characteristics ideal for Arabica coffee trees, also known as tea coffee.

Arabica coffee has been cultivated here since before 1945, initially in the gardens of French mandarins. With nearly 100 years of history, Son La is now the second largest Arabica coffee-growing province in Vietnam. The unique climate—hot and rainy in the summer, cold and dry in the winter—forces the Arabica coffee trees to thrive through weather extremes, giving the coffee its distinctive identity and rich flavor.

Grown on the slopes of foothills and hillsides, our coffee is hand-picked rather than plucked, preserving the pure, natural flavor and the characteristic fruity aroma.

Dedication to Quality

After the coffee beans are handpicked from the lush slopes of Son La, they are carefully transported to our factory to ensure their quality remains uncompromised. Here, we begin the meticulous process of transforming these raw beans into the exceptional coffee that defines Amazia Caphe. The beans are first thoroughly sorted and cleaned to remove any impurities. Next, they undergo precise roasting by our expert, who brings over 30 years of experience to the craft, ensuring each batch is roasted to perfection to bring out the beans' unique flavors and aromas. Once roasted, the beans are promptly packed and sealed to maintain their freshness, ready to be shipped directly from our factory to your cup. This seamless journey from farm to factory to you ensures that every sip of Amazia Caphe is as fresh, flavorful, and authentic as possible.
