How to Make Egg Coffee at Home

You’ll need:
2 tablespoons finely ground Vietnamese Arabica coffee
1 phin filter
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon sugar
A cup of hot water
Steps:
Brew a small, strong cup of coffee using your phin filter. Set aside.
In a bowl, whisk the egg yolk with sugar and condensed milk until it becomes pale, thick, and frothy. (A hand mixer makes this quick, but a whisk and patience will do.)
Pour the hot coffee into a small cup, then gently spoon or pour the creamy egg mixture on top.
